When in need for speed and speedy but delicious dessert, these Almond Walnut Chocolate Balls come to the rescue! No cooking, no baking, no sugars, no fuss, and there you go with perfect, delicious, bite sized dessert for you and your loved ones. Or unexpected guests. Or just some sweet but healthy craving solution.
I made those balls one day when I was feeling just that: I wanted something quick and simple yet rich with taste.
So as short is the recipe, the short the story will be: the best things really do come in simple, easy packages and today, I share mine with you.

Almond walnut chocolate balls (V, GF)
These Almond Walnut Chocolate balls make a ball in just one little bite! Packed with nuts and creamy chocolate, sugar-free, done in a quick minute! Doesn’t that make a perfect dessert?Servings: 12 ballsIngredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp melted chocolate
- tiny pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling (optional)Instructions
Put everything into the food processor and blend till you get a nice, a little coarse meal that sticks together when pressed with your fingers.
Scoop 1 tsp and make a ball.
If you want, roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.Recipe Notes
For metric peeps like me, measurement is 240 ml cup.
