The Softest Vegan Garlic Dinner Rolls. Perfect addition to your festive table. Soft, beautifully scented with garlic, I promise you'll love it!

Ingredients
  • 350 ml / 1 1/2 cup tepid plant milk
  • 1 pack of dry yeast or 20g/0,7 oz fresh yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 500 g / 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp provansal herbs
  • 5 - 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. 

  2. Add flour, salt and provansal herbs. Use mixer or wooden spoon to knead and incorporate everything nicely, so there are no lumps. Cover with a lid and set aside to rise for 40 mins. 

  3. Set your oven to heat up to 180°C/375F.

  4. In another bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder

  5. Line your baking sheet with baking paper. This is not mandatory because rolls will be covered with oil so will not stick. If not using the baking paper, you can brush some oil on it too. 

    Don't use your biggest pan, rather one that is half of it's size. 

  6. Punch the dough and knead for a short min with a wooden spoon. 

  7. Olive your hands a little. With a spoon, grab a piece of dough by the size of an egg, take it of off the spoon into the olive oil&garlic, roll it to cover it with oil and put it into the baking sheet. If the oven is not yet heated enough, let the rolls wait till the temperature is right. 

  8. Bake dinner rolls at 180°C for nice 40 mins or till they are all nice and golden from above, and have a nice brown crust at the bottom. 

  9. Leave to cool completely and resist the temptation to eat it hot. Then serve with love to your loved ones and enjoy!
